We’ve been alerted of scam calls where someone pretends to be from your doctor’s office (such as Valley Arthritis Care or one of our Providers).

What’s happening

• Scammers are calling patients while pretending to be from your Doctor’s office (such as Valley Arthritis Care or calling on behalf of one of our providers.)
• Scammers may claim your doctor ordered testing and that a test kit will be sent to your home.
• Scammers often call multiple times per day & make it seem urgent.

What Valley Arthritis Care will NEVER do

• We NEVER ask for sensitive info over the phone beyond your First/Last Name & Date of Birth.
• We NEVER ask for your Social Security Number or credit card over the phone
• We NEVER send test kits to your home for you to complete.

How to verify a call from Valley Arthritis Care

• All legitimate calls from our office come from the number: 623-815-2690.
• You can always call us directly at 623-815-2690 to verify any phone calls, tests ordered or other details about your care.
